Express Post will always be the fastest possible delivery. We use both Australia Post (for PO BOX delivery etc) and Toll Express Courier.

For NON Express postage please note Tracking info may not show for 5-10 days or until day of delivery.
Parcel Post (Normal post NOT Express post) items are shipped via red Australia Post box at or before the 4pm pickups. It does however mean they are not scanned into Australia Post website till day of delivery or sometimes a little earlier depending on Australia Post. If your item was shipped over 10 business ago please contact us so we can assist you further.

Shipping costs / Shipping Time:
All items are shipping via Australia Post or Toll Express Courier. We offer 2 types of shipping Parcel Post and Express Post. Please allow “pick and pack” time which is normally within 24 hours or less of your order being placed.

Parcel Post (Australia Post)
Always Free. Takes between 3 and 7 business days.

Express Post (Australia Post or Toll Express Courier)
Only $2.95. Overnight service, remote areas 2+ days.
Express Post is FREE on purchases over $90 and some specials.

Special Requests
We know that some areas are best services by Australia Post ONLY and we are always happy to send via Australia Post on request. Simply put a note when your at checkout of “Australia Post Only” or send us an email, and we will make sure your delivery is always sent via Australia Post.

Please check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address as we do not refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY: If you are unhappy with our product for any reason please get in touch within 3 business days of the items delivery and we will provide you with a replacement based on investigation. In order to investigate we will need images of what has been received sent within this time-frame. If we don’t receive adequate images or receipt of returned products we can’t issue a refund or replacement. Please contact us at with questions/concerns/returns. If we have made a mistake we will 100% refund or replace that product no questions asked.
